Exposition Activity Detail window

From Exposition, select Manage prospect lists, select an exposition, click Load Prospect List, click Exhibitor Sales, and click View/Edit

Type

Select an activity type, such as CALL, COMMITTEE, or EXPO. Select the Find icon to look up an activity type.

Date

Enter the date of the activity.

Additional Fields

Additional fields display on the Activity Detail window depending on the activity type and which user-defined fields are mapped to the window. See Enabling System Options for more on mapping user-defined fields and default exposition activity types.

Attachment button

Not applicable.

To view or edit an Exposition activity record

1.  Open the Expo Sales window:

□    From Exposition, select Manage prospect lists to open the
Manage prospect lists window.

□    Load a prospect list. See To load a prospect list for more.

□    Select a prospect from the Prospect List.

□    Click Exhibitor Sales.

2.  Select an Expo Filter and an Activity Filter.

3.  Select the Exhibitor Activity you want to view.

4.  Click View/Edit to open the Activity Detail window.

5.  (optional) Make any necessary changes.

6.  Click Save.

To add an activity record

1.  Open the Expo Sales window:

□    From Exposition, select Manage prospect lists to open the
Manage prospect lists window.

□    Load a prospect list. See To load a prospect list for more.

□    Select a prospect from the Prospect List.

□    Click Exhibitor Sales.

2.  Click Add New to open the Activity Detail window.

3.  Enter an Activity Type (select the Find icon to look up an activity type). Press Tab to display the appropriate fields for the activity type.

4.  Enter all applicable information.

5.  Click Save.

To view Exposition activities from Customer Management

1.  From Customers, select Manage customers to open the Manage customers window.

2.  Click Open or Find to find a record.

3.  Select the Exposition tab, and double-click an activity to open the Process booth orders window.
